Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, please allow 10-14 business days for the processing and shipment of your glasses. This includes production, quality control, shipment from our lab to our distribution center, and final delivery to you.

Special Orders:
For special orders such as those with strong prescriptions or requiring additional customization (e.g., transition lenses, bifocals, progressive lenses, polycarbonate lenses), please note that these may require additional processing time. In these cases, you can expect delivery within approximately 14-20 business days.

Delays:
Please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, external factors, or government inspections related to medical devices. Choice Eyewear does not guarantee a specific delivery date, as shipping times are subject to external circumstances.


Shipping Rates:

  • USA (USPS First Class Mail): $6.50
  • USA (USPS Priority Mail): $12.98
  • Canada (USPS Air Mail): $12.98
  • International (USPS Air Mail): $19.98

Shipping Details:
A flat shipping rate is charged regardless of the number of items ordered.

  • Priority Mail expedites delivery after the package has been shipped but does not shorten the standard processing time of 10-14 business days.
  • The delivery time for priority shipping depends on the United States Postal Service's delivery schedule.
  • Choice Eyewear is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS.
  • If you do not receive your order within one month, please contact us. Please note that we are unable to assist with tracking or locating packages more than 30 days after shipment.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. All orders will also include a complimentary protective hard case and a cleaning cloth.

Address Verification:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct during checkout. Choice Eyewear is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

  • A $6.50 reshipping fee will apply for packages returned due to address errors.

International Shipments:

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on your country's customs policies. Customs processing can add several weeks to the delivery time, which is beyond our control. Once your package leaves the United States, it is the customer's responsibility to track and manage the delivery process.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for checking with their local customs office for any additional charges and for adhering to their country's import regulations.

Customs Seizures & Shipping Refunds:
Choice Eyewear is not responsible for customs fees, or for any loss or shipping refunds if the package is seized or destroyed by customs. Once the package leaves the United States, we cannot be held liable for customs decisions or delays.

Lost Packages & Delays:
For issues related to lost packages, customs delays, or other concerns once the package is in your country, please contact your local customs office or post office for assistance. We recommend monitoring your shipment using the provided tracking number to stay updated.

Return & Replacement Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with your glasses, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a 50% refund (excluding shipping and handling fees). Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return packages.

Defective Glasses: If your glasses have a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Once verified, you will be eligible for a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement pairs will be of the same style and color as the original glasses.

To ensure the best service, you must return the defective glasses first before we process the replacement. Please note, we are not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear.

How to Return Defective Glasses:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Provide your order number and describe the issue with your glasses.
  2. Return the Glasses: Once we confirm the issue, send the defective glasses back to us at the address we provide. Please make sure the glasses are securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.
  3. Replacement Processed: After we receive the defective glasses, we will ship your replacement pair as soon as possible.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to company discretion and may incur a fee. To qualify for an exchange, glasses must be in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the glasses are not in acceptable condition.

Prescription Accuracy:

Glasses are processed based on the prescription you provide. We are not responsible for any errors in the prescription for mail-in or phone orders that do not include a prescription copy.

To ensure accuracy, it is highly recommended that you email your prescription to info@choiceeyewear.com or fax it to 1-415-753-2109 prior to placing your order.

Please be aware that additional charges may apply if a prescription error occurs that is not due to a manufacturing defect.


Institution Policies:

We are not responsible for order rejections due to institutional policies or restrictions. Please ensure you review all frame measurements and specifications carefully before placing your order.

For color exchanges, a $10 fee applies for standard frames, and a $20 fee applies for rimless frames. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional processing time.


Order Confirmation

It is the customer's responsibility to verify all order details (including color, size, lens options, etc.) from the confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 12 hours of placing your order, please contact us to ensure your order was successfully processed.

Orders placed by phone will be verified verbally with a customer service representative to confirm your order details.


Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our glasses, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order in order to receive a full refund.

Cancellations or changes made after this 12-hour period will incur a 50% fee to cover processing and production costs. Requests to cancel or modify your order should be sent to info@choiceeyewear.com.
